Beginning at an intersection of the Easterly right-of-way line of the Yellowstone Park HitiTay with the South line of the N;zSWI,4NE',�, Sec, 10, Twp. 6 S., R, 34 E.B-M.., same being a point on the Southerly boun- dary line of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho; thence Southerly along the said Easterly right-of-way line of the Yellowstone Park 1liSvay, 245fl.0 feet more or.: less to a point of curvature; thence Southeasterly on a curve to the It a distance of 1100.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of said Hiway that is 66.0 feet more or less due North Of an intersection of the South- westerly right-of-way line or said Yellowstone Hiway with the North- erly right -e7' -way Line of Quinn Road; thence due South 66.0 feet. WHEREAS, it appears to the Chair- man and Board of Trustees of the Village of Ohubbuck, that there are certain lands lying adjacent and con- tiguOus to the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, tracts of land containing not more than five (5) aeres each, by metes and bounds descriptions, all being in- cluded within the property hereinafter particular]'y described; AND, WHEREAS, the lands herein- after described are each and all ad- jacent and cotltiguous` to the incorpo- rated limits of the Village of Chub - book, Bannock County, Idaho; AND, WHEREAS, the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village cf Chubbuck; do at this time, deem it advisable and for the best interest Of the inhabitants of the said Village, to annex the hereinafter described lands, and to declare the same to be E' Dart of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises; - - BE IT ORDAINED 13Y TRF ruaru_ Edith Berosek being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ___________________..phe_- was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
