PiPTICE OF ELECTION
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, Bannock
County, Idaho,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that an
election will be held in the Village of
Chubbuok, Bannock County, Idaho, on
Tuesday, April 28, 1953, between the
hours of nine o'clock a. in, and seven
o'clock p, in., of said days for the pur-
pose of electing TWO TRUSTEES of
the Village of Chubbuck. each [n serve
for a term of four years and until their
successors are elected and qualified.
The entire Village consists of one
ward, and the office of the Village
Clerk, in the Village Municipal Fire
Station Building in said Village is
designated as the voting place for said
election.
All qualified electors of the State
who shall have resided within the Vil-
lage of Chubuck for three months next
preceding Aprf]&, 1953, sha1F be en-
titled to vote, 1E regi
stered as provided
by law.
Each qualified elector of the Village
who DIB NOT REGISTER for the Gen-
eral Village Election held In the Vil-
lage of Chubbuck in the year 1951, OR
WHO HAS REMOVED AND REMAIN-
ED AWAY FROM THE VILLAGE FOR
A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR SINCE HIS
REGISTRATION, must RE -REGISTER
for this election. Voters are urged to
check their registration.
Registration may be made at the
residence or place of business of Char-
lotte T. Kennedy, Registrar, or at the
office of the Village Clerk in the Vil-
lage Municipal Fire Station Building in
said Village.
Registration may be made on any
day from and after the posting of this
notice and up to and including Satur-
day, April 25, 1D53, between the hours
of nine o'clock a, in. and five o'clock
p m. PROVIDED HOWEVER, that on
Thursday, April 23, Friday, April 24,
and Saturday, April 25, 1953, the Reg-

shall register voters between the
ours of nine o'clock a. m. and five
o'clock p. in., and also between the
hours of seven o'clock p, m, and nine
o'clock p, in. of said days.

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
