AN ORDINANCE OY THE VILLAGE
OF CHUBBUCK, HANNOCX COUN- being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ------------

nVCTION 1, It shall be unlawful published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
for any person to own or harbor any
dog, bitch or pup over two (2) months to -wit:
of age, within the incorporated limits
of the Village of Chubbuck, without
having first obtained a license there-
for, as herein provided.
SECTION 2. There is hereby Ievied

age of two (2) months, owned or kept
with the limits of the Village of Chub -
buck as follows:
For every male dog over the age of __________________
two (2) months, the sum Of $3.00 Per
year, or fraction thereof; and for
every female dog over the age of

spayed, the sum of $3.00 per year, or
fraction thereof; and for every female
dog over, the age of two (2) months

further that when a person purchases
a license for a spayed female dog,

sent an Affidavit: from a registered `
and qualified Veterinarian that such
female dog has been spayed. That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub -
SECTION 3. Every owner or harbor-
er of any dog or bitch or pup over the
age of six (6) months, within the in-

days, and if no person shall claim the
same, the Chief of Police may offer
the same for sale at public auction,

amount of. $2.00 or more is received
therefor, it shall be the duty of the
chief of Police to Rause said animal Notary public, St e of Idaho
to be killed.
SECTION 5. Any person aplying to Residence: Pocatello, Idaho
the Chief of Police! for any dog that
may have been impounded. shall, be-
fore receiving the same, pav to the
Chief of Police for the Village of
Chubbuck, the sum of $1.00 per clay
for each day said dog has been im-
pounded, and shall, in addition, pay
the license fees provided herein, be-
fore such dog shall be released.
SECTION 6. The Chief of Police
shall turn over all fees collected un-
der the terms of this Ordinance, to
the Village Treasurer, with art ttem-
ized statement showing the amount
of each fee collected, the date of col-
lection, and the person by whom the
same waspaid.
SECTION 7. That an emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and this Or
dinance shall be in full force and ez
feet immediately upon its passage
and approval and publication, as pro-
vided by law,
SECTION S. All Ordinances or parts
of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.

17th DAY OF JULY, 1961.
