ORDINANCE NO. 2
AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UN-
LAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON WITH-
IN THE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE
OF CHUBBUCK TO WILLFULLY,
OR MALICIOUSLY, OR INTENTION-
ALLY, OR UNNECESSARILY DIS-
TURB THE PEACE AND QUIET OF
ANOTHER. OR OF ANY NEIGHBOR-
HOOD, OR FAMILY, OR PUBLIC
ASSEMBLY BY LOUD OR UNUSUAL
NOISES, INDECENT BEHAVIOR,
OFFENSIVE OR UNBECOMING CON-
DUCT, OR THREATENING LANGU-
AGE, OR QUARRELING, OR FIGHT-
ING, OR PROVOKING AN ASSAULT
OR BATTERY, OR USING OF VUL-
GAR OR INDECENT LANGUAGE IN
THE PRESENCE OF OTHERS; PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIO-
LATION OF ANY OF THE PROVI-
SIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR-
MAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUS-
TEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUB -
BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for
any person or persons Rithin the vill-
age limits of the Village o.0 Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho, to willfully,
or maliciously, or intentionally, or
unnecessarily disturb the peace and
quiet of another, or of any neighbor-
hood, family, or other public assem-
bly by loud or unusual noises, or by
indecent behavior, offensive or un-
becoming conduct, 'or threatening
language, or quarreling, or fighting, or
provoking an assault or battery, or
using of vulgar or indecent language
in the presence of ottiers.
Section 2. Any person violating the
Provisions of this ordinance shall, up-
on conviction, be fined in a sum of
not exceeding One Hundred Dollars,
and in addition thereto the costs in-
volved, and iudefauit of the payment
Of such fine and costs to be con-
fined in jail at the rate of one day
for each $1.50 of such fine and costs
SO imposed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval
and publication as required by Iavv,

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
