UPON ANOTHER PERSON WITHIN
THE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF
CHUABUCK: DEFINING THE WORD
ASSAULT; DEFINING THE WORD

THIS ORDINANCE,

MAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUS-
TEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUA-
BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO: -
Section 1. The word "assault" as
used in this ordinance is defined*s.
an unlawful attempt coupled with a

Section 2. The word "battery" as l

upon the person of another.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for
,any person to commit an assault or

Section 4. Any person violating the
Provisions of this ordinance shall, up-
on conviction, be fined in a sum of
not exceeding One Hundred Do11arS,
-and in addition thereto the costs in-

cokiPined in jail at the rate of one day
for each $1.50 of such fine and costs

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITAIR-
MAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUS-
TEES
BUCK, BA NOCKILLAGE COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for
anp person or persons within the vill-
age limits of the Village of Chubl)uck,
Bannock County, Idaho, to willfully,

unnecessarily disturb the peace and
quiet of another, or of all
]load, family, or other public assem-

indecent bellaviory

becoming conduct, or threatening
language, or quarreling, or fighting, or
provoking an assault or battery, or

Section 2. Any person vioiating the
Provisions of this ordinance shall, up-
on conviction, be fined in a sum of
not exceeding One Hundred Dollars,'
and in addition thereto the costs in-
volved, and indefault of the payment
of such fine and costs to be con-
fined in jail at the rate of one day
for each $1.50 of such fine and costs

Section 3. This ordinance shall taker
