Separate sealed bids for con-
struction of a sewage collection
and interceptor system for the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho will be
received by the City of Chubbuck
at the office of the City Clerk
until 3:00 o'clock P.M., M.S.T.
November 2, 1972, and then at
said office publicly opened and
read aloud.
The Information for Bidders,
Form of Bid, Form of Contract,
Plans, Specifications, and Forms
of Bid Bond, Performance and
Payment Bond, and other contract
documents may be examined at
the following:

buck, Idaho 83201

Idaho
Copies may be obtained at the
office of Forsgren, Perkins &
Associates located 350 N. 2nd
E., Rexburg, Idaho upon payment
of $50.00 for each set. Any un-
successful bidde, upon returning
such set promptly and in good
condition, will be refunded his
payment, and any non -bidder upon
so returning such a set will be
refunded $25.00.
The Owner reserves the right
to waive any informatities or to
reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with
his bid, security in the amount,
form, and subject to the condi-
tions provided in the Information
for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particu.
larly called to the requirements
as to conditions of employment
to be observed and minimum
wage rates to be paid under the
contract.
No bidder may withdraw his
bid within 30 days after the
actual date of the opening thereof;
The City Council reserves the
right to with draw this request
for bids incase the city accep-
tance of low bidder at first bid
opening is declared legal by court
ruling.
