ON PREMISES LICENSED FOR CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR OR BEER AFTER CERTAIN HOURS, AND REQUIRING THE POSTING OF 'PHIS ORDINANCE, BE IT ORDANIED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any licensee Iicensed to sell liquor by the drink or be4 upon the premises of his or its em- ployed agents, servants, bartend- ers, or other persons in any way acting in behalf of the licen.. see to permit or allow any pat- rons or other persons, other than police officers, persons au. thorized by law, or bona fide employees of the licensee en- gaged in the lawful performance of their duties, to be admitted to or to remain present in or upon the licensed premises or to consume any liquor or beer in or upon the licensed premises after the hour of 1:15 a.m. prevail- ing City time and until 7:00 a.m. prevailing City time. It shall be unlawful for any person excepting a police officer or other person authorized bylaw to remain present in or upon any premises licensed to sell liquor by the drink after the hour of 1:15 a.m., prevailing City time and until 7:00 a.m. prevailing City time, after having been re- quested or ordered to leave such licensed premises by the licensee or his or its employed agents, servants, or bartenders. Section 2. A copy of this or- dinance or a notice of the pro- visions hereof shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon any Premises licensed for the con.
