Section 31. Alterations andRe-
strictions: In trailer parks no
permanent additions of any kind
shall be built onto, nor become
a part of a mobile home. Skirting
of trailers is permissible, but

of a trailer court shall main-
tain a register containing a re-
cord of all mobile homes and
occupants using the trailer court.
Such register shall be avaiable
to authorized persons inspecting
the court and shall be preserved
for a period of five years. Such
register shall contain:
1. Names and address of mo-
bile home occupants stopping at
the court.
2. The make and , license num.
ber of motor vehicles and mo-
bile homes.
3. The date of arrival and
departure of each mobile home.
