ORDINANCE NO. 95
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUN-
ty, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING
THE HOURS DURING WHICH
BEER MAY BE SOLD FOR CON-
SUMPTION OFF THE PREM-
ISES IN THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY-
OR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO:
SECTION 1: It shall be unlaw-
ful for any person who has re-
ceived a license pursuant to
Ordinance No. 62 of the Village
of Chubbdck, Bannock County,
Idaho, to sell, offer for sale,
lend, dispose of by gift or other-
wise, any beer as defined in said
Ordinance, between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m, on
any day of the week, or from 1:00
a.m. on Sunday until 7:00 a.m.
of the following Monday.
SECTION 2: It is hereby de-
clared that an emergency does
exist and that this ordinance
shall take effect and shall be in
full force and effect from and
after upon its passage, approval
and publication as provided by
law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL of the City of Chub -
buck, Bannock County, Idaho,
this 27th day of April 1971.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That -------------- he_ --------
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
