ORDINANCE NO. 89
AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
DECLARING, INTENT, ADOPT-
ING AND ENACTING THE IDA-
HO MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS,
AS THE LAWS OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK FOR GOVERNING
AND REGULA'T'ING THE USE OF
ALL STREETS AND PUBLIC
THOROUGHFARES OF THE
C I T Y, PROVID_NG THAT
THREE COPIES OF THE IDA-
HO MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS
BE ON FILE AT ALL TIMES
IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
CLERK, REPEALING ALL ORD-
INANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH, AND FIXING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
13E IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.
Section 1. It is hereby de-
clared to be the intent of the
governing body of the City of
Chubbuck, to aid and assist by
whatever means possible, for the
utmost consistency in traffic
regulation among and between
agenctes of Idaho having such
jurisdiction. Toward that end,
adoption of the Idaho Motor Ve-
belle Latins by the Cities of Ida-
ho is a necessary means of as-
suring maximum. uniformity
within the State.
Section 2. There is hereby
adopted for the purpose of es-
tablishing rules and regulations
for the use of all streets and
public thoroughfares of the City
of Chubbuck that certain code
identified as the 1969 revised
edition , Idaho Motor Vehicle
Laws, more particularly Title
49, Idaho Code, published by the
Department of Law Enforce-
ment, and as the same may here•
after be revised by the Idaho
Legislature, or amended by the
governing body, and the same is
hereby adopted and incorporate
ed as an ordinance of the city
as fully as though set forth at
length herein.
Section 3. Three copies of the
Idaho Motor Vehicle Laws, to-
gether with any revisions or
amendments, duly certified by
the city clerk, shall be kept on
file in his office for use and ex-
amination of and by the public.
Section 4. All ordinances of
the City of Chubbuck in conflict
herewith, as of the effective date
and time of this ordinance are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section S. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect Jan.
uary 2, 1971, 12:01 A.M.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
