NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
on the 4th day of October, 1973,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.,
in the Municipal building at 5160
Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City ofChub-
buck will hold apublic hearing to
act upon the following request:
1. A proposal by Robert D. and
Carolyn 11. Vesser, 147 Parrish
Drive, requesting a variance to
allow the construction and opera-
tion of a photo studio on their
property at the Westerly one-
half of Lot 11, PARRISH
TRACTS, a Subdivision in the
South Half of the North. Hall of
the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 10,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East
Boise Meridian.
2. A proposal by John R. Valen-
cy, Mgr., Valency & Sons, Inc.,
requesting a variance to allow
the development of a six -unit
Trailer Residence Court on the
following described property;
All of lots One, Two, and Three
of the Valenty Subdivision of
the Cloverdell Farms at the in-
tersection of Chubbuck and Va-
lency Roads, excluding there-
from 150 feet North along Va-
lenty Road, by 110 feet East
along Chubbuck Road, which is
presently occupied by a coin op-
erated Commercial Car Wash
unit.
3. A proposal by Land Invest-
ment, Inc. to have the follow-
ing described property rezoned
from Agricultural Transitional
and Light Industrial to a Resi-
dential -2 Trailer Zone: A tract
of land partially in the W 1/2 NW 1/4
of Section 11, and partially in
the E1/2 NEI/q of Section 10,
all in Township 6 South, Range
34 E.B.M., and more fully de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at
point of intersection of the South
line of Mobile Manor, a Subdi-
vision in the above described
Sections 10 and 11, and the cen-
ter line of Whitaker Road, which
point is South Oldegrees 36' a
distance of 625.00 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Section
10; thence North 89 degrees 48'
East along the South line of said
Mobile Manor a distance of 736.-
48 feet, more or less, to the
Westerly right of way line ofHi-
line Road; thence South 00 de-
grees 55' West "on records as
South 00 degrees 57' W est" along
the said Westerly right of way
line of said road a distance of
85.42 feet; thence Southeasterly
along the said Westerly right of
way line on a curve to the left
with a radius of 1934.86 feet, for
a distance of 271.64 feet; thence
North 89 degrees 47' 50" West
a distance of 1688.43 feet, more
or less, to the Easterly right of
way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad; thence in a northerly
direction on said Easterly right
of way line on a curve to the
right with a radius of 5679.65
feet, for a distance of. 541.9U
feet; thence North 01 degree
40' 20" West on the said East-
erly right of way line a distance
of 411.80 feet, more or less, to
the South line of Chubbuck Road;
thence South 89 degrees 57' 50"
East "On record as South 89 de-
grees 51' East" a distance of
293.54 feet, more or less, to the

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ------------ hP___-__-____
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
