ANORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ANNEX-
ING CERTAIN LANDS TO BE
INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUN-
DARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, AND EXCLUDING CER-
TAIN LANDS FROM THE BOUN-
DARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, THIS ORDINANCE
IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COR-
RECTING ORDINANCE NO. 103
WHICH CONTAINED ANERRON-
EOUS DESCRIPTIN OF LAND
INTENDED TO BE EXCLUDED
FROM THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK.
It appearing to the Mayor and
City Council of the City Ordin-
ance No. 103 of said City, was
erroneously a -,d mistakenly des-
cribed so as to exclude certain
lands from the boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck which were not
The above described tract of
land is a part of the South-
west Quarter of section 2, Town-
ship 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M.,
and contains 20 acres, more or
less, of which approximately
5.34 acres is occupied by the
Fort Hall Main Canal and right
of way for a road which is
0.24 acres of highway.
The same being the lands owned
by Gary H. Carlsen.
