PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
LANDS AND PROPERTY
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK
OWNED BY LAND IN-
VESTMENTS, INC., TO BE RE-
ZONED AND CHANGED FROM
AGRICULTURAL TRANSITI-
ONAL TO R -2T (MOBILE
HOME); PROVIDING FOR
CERTAIN LANDS AND
PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK OWNED BY
TRIANGLE INVESTMENT,
INC., TO BE RE -ZONED AND
C H A N G F D F R O M
AGRICULTURAL TRANSITI-
ONAL TO R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL); PROVIDING
FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND
PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK OWNED BY
NEWELL TURNER TO BE RE-
ZONED AND CHANGED FROM
AGRICULTURAL TRANSITI-
ONAL AND R-2 (COMBINED
RESIDENTIAL) TO R-2
(COMBINED RESIDENTIAL);
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That the following
described lands and property
within the boundaries of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, owned by
Land Investments, Inc., be re-
zoned and changed from
Agricultural Transitional to R -2T
(Mobile Home):
A tract of land partially in the WV2
NW14 of Section 11, and partially
in the E'2 N E1i4 of Section 10, all
in Township 6 South, Range 34
E.B.M.,, and more fully
described as follows:
Beginning at point of intersection
of the South lineof Mobile Manor,
a Subdivision in the above
described Sections 10 and 11, and
the center line of Whitaker Road,
which point is South 01 degrees 36'
a distance of 625.00 feet from the
northeast corner of said Section
10; thence North 89 degrees 48'
East along the South line of said
Mobile Manor a distance of 736.48
feet, more or less, to the westerly
right of way line of Hiline Road;
thence South 00 degrees 55' West
"on records as South 00 degrees
57' West" along the said westerly
right of way line of said road a
distance of 85.42 feet; thence
Southeasterly along the said
westerly right of way line on a
curve to the left with a radius of
1934.86 feet, for a distance of
271.64 feet; thence North 89
degrees 47' 50" West a distance of
1090.0 feet, more or less; thence
North 322.0 feet; thence East 205.0
feet to the southeast corner of
Mobile Manor Subdivision;
thence easterly along the
southern boundary of Mobile
Manor Subdivision a distance of
125.0 feet; thence North ! degree
16' West 35.3 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2: That the following
described lands and property
within the boundaries of the City
of Chuhhuck, Idaho, owned by
being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That____ 8_he_________________
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:
