NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will hold a
regular meeting and conduct a
public hearing on the question of
whether to enact an ordinance
annexing the following lands to
the City.
1. Commencing at the South V4
corner Section, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian;
thence West 208.10 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence 2�31f lU
586 , T4813 a �OrNi 253:54 feet;
thence West 511,5 feet; thence
South 2640 feet; thence East 303.40
feet, more or less to the Point of
Beginning.
Said lands commonly known as
the proposed "Alturas Park"
subdivision are located adjacent
to the existing western boundary
of the City of Chubbuck.
2. Commencing at the South 1/4
corner Section 4, Township 6
South. Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian; thence West 208.10
feet; thence North 586.41 feet;
thence East 208.10 feet; thence
South 586.41 feet, more or less to
the Point of Beginning.
Said lands, owned by Jack and
Mary- Stephenson are located
adjacent to the existing western
boundaryof the City of Chubbuck.
Notice is further given that if,
and only if, the City Council
decides that it will enact an or.
dinance annexing said lands to the
City, it will then also consider
during the same regular meeting
and public hearing'the question of
What zoning classification (s) will
be adopted with respect to said
lands.
The regular meeting and public
hearing will be held at B:00 p.m.,
April 13, 1976, at the Chubbuck
Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
Opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
