AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
LANDS AND PROPERTY
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK
PRESENTLY OWNED BY
MARK L. BUNCE AND KNOWN
AS THE "PROPOSED BUNCE
SU BDIVIStON EXTENSION" TO
BE REZONED AND CHANGED
FROM AGRICULTURAL
TRANSITIONAL (AT) TO
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL (R1), PROVIDING FOR
CERTAIN LANDS AND
PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK PRESENTLY
OWNED BY LAND IN-
VESTMENTS, INC.., TO BE I
REZONED AND CHANGED
FROM AGRICULTURAL. (A -T)
TO MO B I L E H OM E
RESIDENTIAL (R -2T); AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS OR-
DINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Bunce Property.
The following described lands or
property within the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
presently owned by Mark L.
Bunce and known as the
"Proposed Bunce Subdivision
Extension" are hereby rezoned
and changed from Agricultural
Transitional (A -T) to Single -
Family Residential (R-1):
A parcel of land situated in the
SWI/4 of Section 2, T6S, R34E,
Boise Meridian, Bannock County,
Idaho. Beginning at a point which
is NO degrees 53'59"W, along the
1/4 Section line of Section 2, 1095-00
ft., thence NO depress 53'58"W
1563.83 ft., thence N 89 degrees
,45'23"W 659.73 ft., thence SO i
degrees 57'07"W 1576.92 ft., I
thence N 89 degrees 06'22"E 657.71
ft. to the point of beginning and
contains 23.74 acres more or less.
SECTION 2: Land Investments
Property. The following described .
lands and property within the
boundaries of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, presently owned by
Land Investments, Inc., are
hereby re -zoned and changed
from Agricultural -Transitional
(A -T) to Mobile -Home Residential
(R -2T):
Commencing at the southwest
corner of Mobile Manor 1st
Addition, thence northerly along
the west boundary line of Mobile
Manor 1st Addition a distance of
231.5 feet, more or less to the
South boundary of the "Kynaston
property," thence south 89
degrees 46' West along the South
boundary of the Kynaston
property a distance of 368 feet
more or less, thence South a
distance of 317 feet more or less to
the North property line of Martha
Bistline-Henderson property,
thence Easterly along said
property line a distance of 368 feet
more or less, thence North 85.4
feet to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION 3: The rule requiring
ordinances to be read on three
separate days is hereby dispensed

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
