AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, AMENDING SEC-
TIONS 3-1-13 (A) AND 3-1.
14(A) OF ORDINANCE NO. 78
OF THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO, TO PROVIDE
FOR INCREASED READY
TO SERVE CHARGES
RELATING TO MUNICIPAL
WATER SERVICE WITHIN
THE CITY AND OUTSIDE
THE CITY LIMITS: AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE 5 H A L L
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK. IDAHO;
SECTION 1: Section 3-1-13 (A)
of Ordinance No. 78 of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and
approved on the 17th day of June,
1968, is hereby amended as
follows:
3-1-13. READY TO SERVE
CHARGES IN CITY LIMITS:
Before a service connection is
installed the property owner
shall pay to the City Treasurer
a ready to serve charge as
follows:
(A) Minimum Charges: In
casethe installation is to be
either in an unpaved street
With the applicant's property
line thirty feet (309 or less at
right angles from the center of
the street where the main is
tapped, or in an unpaved alley
with the property line ten feet
(10') or less from the center of
the alley where the main is
tapped, or on private property
with the property line five feet
(S') or less from the tap in the
main:
For a three-quarter inch
(3/4") service and a three-
quarter inch (3/4") meter,
the minimum service

For a one inch (1") service
and a one inch (1") meter,
the minimum charge shall

SECTION 2: Section 3-1-14 (A)
of ordinance No. 78 of the City of
ChUbbuck, Idaho, passed and
approved on the 11th day of June,
1968, is hereby amended as
follows;
3-1-14. READY TO SERVE
CHARGES OUTSIDE
CITY LIMITS: Before a
service connection is in-
stalled the property owner
Shall pay to the City
Treasurer a ready to serve
charge as follows:
(A) Minimum Charges: In
casethe installation is to be

(30') or less at right angles
from the center of the
street where the main is
tapped, or in an unpaved

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the

the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
