SECTION 1: Bunce Subdivision.
The foilowing described lands and
property within the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
known as the Bunce Subdivision,
are hereby re -zoned and changed
from Agricultural Transitionai
(A -T) to Single -Family
Residential (R-1):
Beginning at the South quarter
corner of Section 2, T.6S., R.34E.,
B.M., thence NO degrees 53138"W
along Section 2 longitudinal
quarter line, 215.0 ft. to the Point
of Beginning; thence continuing
along said Section 2 longitudinal
quarter line N 4 degrees 53'38"W,
880.0 ft; thence S 89 degrees
01'22"W, 657.71 ft.; thence SO
degrees 57113"E 853.72 ft.; thence
589 degrees 44'06"E, 166.97 ft.;
thence SO degrees 53'38"E, to the
south line of Section 2, 228.0 ft.;
thence S 89 degrees 44'06"E, along
said section line, 50.0 ft. ; thence N

(A -T), to Combined Residential
(R-2):

corner of Section 4, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian, and running thence

Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
