that the City Council, of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will hold a
public hearing at 8:00 p.m., May
13, 1975, at the Chubbuck City
5160
Municipal .Building,
yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, on
the question of whether to enact
an ordinance annexing the
following lands to the city:
A parcel in the Southwest
Quarter, Southwest Quarter,
Section 34, Township 5 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian,
Bannock County, Idaho more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest
corner of Section 34, Township 5
South, Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian, Thence South ` 89
degrees 45'20" East 996.5 feet to
the point of beginning; thence
continuing South 89 degrees 45'20"
East 181.5 feet: thence North 00
degree 34'40" East 373.31 feet;
thence North 89 degrees 45'20"
West 205.54 feet; thence South 2
degrees 11'23" East 373.64 feet to
the point of beginning.
Notice is further given that if,
and only if, the City Council
decides that it will enact an or-
dinance annexing said lands to the
'City, it will then also consider
during the same meeting and
public hearing the question of
what zoning classifications) will
be adopted with respect to said
lands.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
