AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS
TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE
B O U N D A R I E S A N D
.JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS
WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO
SAID LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED'TO THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK; DIRECTING THE
CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO
FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF
THIS ORDINANCE AND MAPS
OF THE ALTERED BOUN-
DARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, IN THE
MANNER PRESCRIBED BY
IDAHO CODE SECTIONS 50-223
AND 63-2215; AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Annexation. The
following described lands, located
within Bannock County and
contiguous to the existing
boundaries of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, are hereby annexed
and included within the boun-
daries and jurisdictional limits of
the City of Chubbuck,Idaho:
Beginning at the South Quarter
Corner of Section 34, T.5S.,
R.34E., B.M.; thence N89 degrees
45'20"W., along the South Section
One of Section 34, 931.75 ft, to the
Point of Beginning thence N89
degrees 45'20"W, 538.50 ft., thence
NOdegrees 34'40" E., 373.31 ft.;

205.54 ft.; thence N2 degrees

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
