ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
-Sealed bids will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at
the Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday,
March 8, 1977, at which time bids
duly submitted will be opened and
read, for the items listed below.
These items are not interrelated,
and separate bids for each item
shall be submitted. All bids must
be presented or otherwise
delivered under sealed cover, and
must contain one of the following
forms of bidder's security in the
amount of five per cent (5 per
cent) of the bid amount: cash,
cashier's check payable to the
City, certified check payable to
the City, or bidder's bond
executed by a qualified surety
company payable to the City. The
City reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept the
lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the City.
The first item is com-
munications equipment for the
fire department, consisting of one
four -frequency control unit, one
single -frequency control unit,
three single -frequency hand-held
radios with chargers, one four -
frequency hand-held radia with
charger, twenty-five pocket
pagers with two encoders for
control units, one 75 -watt repeater
with two antennae, connectors
and cabling- Detailed
specifications available from
Dennis Jones, Chubbuck City Fire
Chief, at the Municipal Building
indicated above.
The second item, also for the
fire department, is a 1977 model
Dodge W400 mini -pumper unit, to
be delivered at bidder's expense
at Chubbuck, Idaho, no later than
June 1, 1977. Bidder shall specify
the fo#lowing equipment and set
forth alternative bids for each:
4ao cubic inch ongineor 360 cubic
inch engine; high pressure pump
or low pressure pump. Bidder
shall submit price Ns1 for- other
available optional equipment.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
