TO VACATE PLAT
Notice is hereby given that a
petit'on has been filed at the
Chubbuck City Offices, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, by Bunce, Alder and
Bunce, Inc., to vacate the
fallowing described portion of the
approved and recorded plat of
Bunce Subdivision Phase I I in the
City of Chubbuck:
Beginning at the South quarter
corner of Section 2, T.65., R. 34
E.B.M., Bannock County,
Idaho; and going thence N 0
degrees 53' 38" W along the
longitudinal quarter line 2292.5
ft. to the true point of begin-
ning. Thence N 0 degrees 53'
38" W 366.33 ft., thence N 89
degrees 45' 23" W 659.44 ft„

363.92 ft., thence N 89 degrees

A park which has been
dedicated to the City, but not yet
accepted by the City, is contained
,;Jith,n the foregoing property.
T,',,c. petition states that the cor-
poration desires to re -plat said
I. td as Bunce Subdivision Phase
III for residential development,
and that the corporation will
dedicate to the City in a future
development on adjacent or
nearby lands a park of greater
size than that eliminated by the
vacation and re -plat of the above-
described property.
Any .person who desires to
object to vacating the above-
described portion of Bunce
Subdivision Phase ll, as
requested by the petitioner, must
file his or her objection in writing
at the Chubbuck City Offices no
later than the 22nd day of March,
1977.
