NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, 1DAHO
,NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 3rd day of February,
1977, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the
City Municipal Building,
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will hold public
hearings to act upon the
following
1. Peter W. Schell has requested
a variance from zoning
regulations to allow the operation
of a small home -planning and
drafting business called "Spec-
trum Drafting" on residential
property which he is purchasing
at 365 Stuart Street in Chubbuck.
The property is located in an area
zoned Combined Residential (R-
2).
2. Pursuant to Section 67-6526,
Idaho Code, a proposed area of
city impact will be examined. The
proposed area, more particularly
described below, is within the
city's trade area, is
geographically adjacent to the
city, has topographic features
that influence the direction of city
development, and is an area that
would be expected to be annexed
to the city within a reasonable
time:

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
