EC� NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, 1DAHO ,NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 3rd day of February, 1977, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the City Municipal Building, Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chubbuck will hold public hearings to act upon the following 1. Peter W. Schell has requested a variance from zoning regulations to allow the operation of a small home -planning and drafting business called "Spec- trum Drafting" on residential property which he is purchasing at 365 Stuart Street in Chubbuck. The property is located in an area zoned Combined Residential (R- 2). 2. Pursuant to Section 67-6526, Idaho Code, a proposed area of city impact will be examined. The proposed area, more particularly described below, is within the city's trade area, is geographically adjacent to the city, has topographic features that influence the direction of city development, and is an area that would be expected to be annexed to the city within a reasonable time: 'That part of Section 8, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., lying south of I-15 West and Batiste Road.
