NOTICEOF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
thatat 8:00 p.m., on January 4,
1979, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chub
buck will conduct a public hear-
ing with regard to the fallowing
items:
1. Recommendation of zoning
classification (s) to be applied to
the lands described below:
Commencing at the northwest
corner of Tract 15 of said Bonnie
Brae Acres and running thence
in an easterly direction along the
North line of said Tract 15, 200
ft. to the true point of beginning;
thencecontinuing east along the
said north line of Tract 15 a dis-
tance of 310 feet, more or less,
thence south a distance of 281.7
feet, more or less; thence west
in a line parallel to the south
line of Tracts 14 and 15 Bonnie
Brae acres a distance of 310 ft.,
more or less, to a point 200 ft.
east from the west line of Tract
15; thence a right angle north on
a fine parallel to the west line of
said Tract 15 a distrance of 281.7
ft., more or less, to the point of
beginning.
The portion bordering Yellow-
stone Highway is now zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-3).
Approximately one half of proper-
ty described above is zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-3). The east
portion of property is now zoned
multiple Family Residential Live -
Stock (R -4L). This is a request
for a change of zoning to allow
that portion of Tract 14, Bonnie
Brae Acres approximately 120 ft.
X 281.7 ft. be re -Zoned General
Commercial (C-3).
2. A proposal be Darrell J. Buf-
faloe requesting a variance from
zoning regulations to allow him
to operate a business from his
home, at 802 Bonanza, limited to
the repairing of lawn mowers
and other lawn and garden pow-
ered and, hand equipment; other
items to be repaired will be bicy-
cles, tricycles, wagons and etc.
The property is located in an
area zoned Mullipal Family Resi-
dential (R-3).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
