CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE OF SALE AT PUBLICAUCTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN that on the 14th day of Novem ber, 1978, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in the City Council meeting room of the Chubbuck City Of- fices, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City of Chubbuck will sell at public auc- tion the following real properties or portions thereof for the prices not less than the indicated ap- praisals: Parcel No. 1 Lot 11, Highway Acres Subdivision, as the same appears on the official plat there- of recorded in the office of the Bannock County Recorder, A, Appraised for one hundred ten thousand dollars (5110,000.00).
