NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN
that on the 14th day of Novem
ber, 1978, at the hour of 8:00
P.M., in the City Council meeting
room of the Chubbuck City Of-
fices, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the City of
Chubbuck will sell at public auc-
tion the following real properties
or portions thereof for the prices
not less than the indicated ap-
praisals:

Acres Subdivision, as the same
appears on the official plat there-
of recorded in the office of the
Bannock County Recorder,
A, Appraised for one hundred ten
thousand dollars (5110,000.00).
B. To be sold in its entirety,
with no bids accepted as to por.

plat, records of Bannock County,

A. Recently acquired for, and
therefore appraised at, twenty

A. Appraised at sixty two thou
sand dollars (562,000.013) for the
entirely. Of this amount, thirty
thousand dollars (530,000.00) is
allocated to the easteriy three
hundred (300) feet of the south
one hundred forty and one -quart
er (140.25) feet of the property.
Thirty two thousand dollars
(532,000.00) is allocated to the
westerly nine hundred eighty nine,
and nine -tenths (989.90) feet,
more or less, of the south one
hundred forty and twenty-seven
one-hundreths (140.27) feet, more
or less, of the property. No mar-
ket value is allocated to the
northerly twenty five (25) by
twelve hundred ninety (1,290)
feet, because it is contemplated
to becme a public right of way.

to be sold in portions correspond-
ing to the appraisal allocations,
whichever is deemed more benef-
ficial to the City.
As to each property listed above,
or portion thereof, the appraised
value constitutes the minimum
acceptable bid. However, the City
reserves the right to reject any
and all bids on any property or
portion thereof.

auction for cash or by contract
