NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 5th day of October,
1978, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck .will hold pubic hearings to
act upon the following:
1.Determination whether to
granta variance as requested by
The Church of God of Prophecy,
Charles E. Wilson,- Pastor, with
respect to premises at 379 Ad
ams, located in an area zoned
Mobile -Home Residential (R -2T).
The request is to conduct a day
care center.
2. Determination whether to
grant a variance as requested by
Don B. Stoker, with respect to
premises at B03 Victor, located in
an area zoned Corn bi ned- Resi den
tial .Livestock (R -2L). The re-
quest is to conduct a small cater-
ing business from his home.
3, Determination whether to rec-
ommend annexation and a zoning
classification, as requested by
Glen Marshall, 360 S. Authur, Po-
catello, Idaho, with respect to the
fallowing parcel of land situated
on the East 1/7 of Section 34,
Township 5 South, Range 34
East, Boise, Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho, said parcel con
taining 60.39 acres more or less.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
