I— ORDINANCE NO. 191 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINN$NG ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1978, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1979, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1979" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE; PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PAS- SAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the pro- per funds info which all revenues accruing to the City of Chub - buck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year be- ginning on the 1st day of October, 1978 and ending on the 30th day of September 1979. . General Fund - Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund - Sew- er Revenue Fund - Water Revenue Bond Fund - Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10.1-72 - Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September 1, 1976 - Water Revenue Bond Reserve Fund Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the General Fund for the payment of all General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 410 General Government $187,930.00 422 Law Enforcement & Protection 190,960.00 423 Fire Control & Prevention 90,98D.00 424 Building inspection 17,040.00 430 Transportation -Highway Streets & Roads 177,610.75 432 Engineering 14,500.00 43B Parks -Physical Environment 97,000.00 452 Health & Welfare 3,500.00 490 Other Governmental Purposes 382,230.00 Total General Fund 1,161,750.75 Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewer Fund for the payment of all Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of Chvbbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 434 Waterworks-Sataries & Adminstration $279,302.00 433 Sanitation -Salaries & Administration 105,773.00 435 Sewage -Salaries & Administration 299,644.00 Total Waterworks, Sanitation, Sewer 684,719.00 Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Water Revenue Bond Fund for the payment of all water revenue bond construction expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434 Water Revenue Bond Fund 3,000.00 Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appro. priated from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Se. ries September 1, 1976, for the payment of all bonds and inter- est nterest due on water storage tank project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434 Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 19,404.00 Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Sewer Fund for the payment of all sewer con. struction expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fis- cal year. 435 Sewer Construction 14,979.09 Section 7: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Se- ries 10-1-72, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 435 sewer Revenue Bonds& Interest, Series 10.1-72 67,900.00 Section 8: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated form the Local Improvement District No. 1 Fund for the payment of construction, engineering, legal and adminislra- live costs, together with interim financing interest, on the Burn side Local Improvement District project of the City of Chub - buck during aforesaid fiscal year. Local Improvement District No. 1 98,500.00 Section 9; That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That tate rule require- ing ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dis- pensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
