NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
thaton the 28th day of March,
1978, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council of \ the
City of Chubbuck will hold a pub-
lic hearing upon the zoning clas-
sifications(s) to be assigned to
the following described lands, in
the event of annexation.
1. Beginning at the Northeast
corner of Section 4, T. 6S., R.
34E., B.M., Bannock County, Ida-
ho, thence Westerly along the
North section line of section 4,
1320 ft. more or less, to the East
longitudinal one -sixteenth line of
section 4; thence .Southerly along
said section 4 East longitudinal
one -sixteenth line, 2640 ft. more
or less, to section 4 latitudinal 1/4
line; thence Easterly along said
section 4 latitudinal 1/4 line, 1345
ft. more or less, to the Easterly
right-of-way line of Hawthorne
Road; thence Northerly along
said Hawthorne Road Easterly
right-of-way line, 2640 1t.'more or
less, to section 3 Northerly sec
tion line; thence Westeriy along
said section 3 Northerly section
line, 25ft. more or less, to the
Northeast corner of section 4 and
the point of beginning.
The Planning and Zoning Com-
mission has recommended Agri-
cultural -Transitional (A -T) zoning,
with the exception of Combined
Residential -Livestock (R -2L)
along Dell Road.
2, Recommendation of zoning
classification (s) to be applied to
the lands described below, com-
monly known as "Planned Com-
munities Subdivision".
Beginning at the SW corner of
Section 4, T. 6S., R. 34 E.B.M.;
Thence S 89 degrees 54' E,
1322.79 feet, more or less, along
South Section Line of said Section
4; Thence N 00 degrees 11' W
33.0 feet more or less to the pro-
posed North right-of-way line of
Chubbuck Road, said point being
the true point of beginning;
thence S 89 degrees 54' E 810.21
feet along said proposed North
right-of-way line; thence N 00 de-
grees 07' W 2602.1 feet; thence S
89 degrees 53' W 813.93 feet;
thence S 00 degrees 11' E 2599.0
feet more or less to the true
point of beginning. Containing
48.5 acres.
The Planning and Zoning Com-
mission has recommended Single-
family Residential (R-2), Multi-
family Residential (R-4), and
Neighborhood Commercial (C-1)
as detailed in "Planned Commun-
ities Subdivision" Preliminary
plat.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
items, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard.
