CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on March 2,
1978, at the City Munic€pat Build
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chub
buck will conduct a public hear-
ing with regard to the following
items.
1. Norman and Nancy Niendorf
are requesting a variance from
zoning regulations to alllow an
office for a business specializing
in outdoor photography, at their
residence, 4525 Tahoe Place. The
property is located in an area
zoned Multiple -family Residential
( R-3).
2. Recommendation of zoning
classification(s) to be applied to
The lands described be$ow, com-
monly known as "Planned Com-
munities Subdivision", in the
event that such lands are an-
nexed to the City:
Beginning at the SW corner of
Section 4, T. 6S., R. 34 E,B.M.;
thence S 89 degrees 54' E, 1322.79

from zoning to allow her to keep
their present animals on their
property. Properly is presently
zoned Combined Residential (R
2).

indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
