NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
CITY OF CHuBSUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 P.M. on February 2,
1978, at City Hall (516G .Yellow-
stone, Avenue), the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of
Chubbuckwill conduct a public
hearing with ,regard to the follow-
ing items.
1. Recommendation of zoning
classifications) to be applied to
the lands described below, com-
monly known as "Planned Com
mUnities subdivision", in the
event chat such lands are an
nexed to the City:
Beginning at the SW corner of
Section 4, T. 6 South, R 34
E,B.M.; thence N D0 degrees 11'
W 33.0 feet more or less to the
proposed North right -of way line
of Chubbuck Road, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BE-
GINNING; thence S 89 degrees
54' E - 810.21 feet along said pro-
posed North right-of-way line;
thence N 00 degrees 07' W -
2602.1 feet; thence S 89 degrees
53' W - 813.93 feet; thence 5 00
degrees 11' W - 2599.0 feet more
or less to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
2. Determination whether a vari-
ance should be granted, as re-
quested by Christina Pfiefer, with
respect to premises at 135 Stuart
Avenue, located is an area zoned
Combined Residential (R-2). The
request is to conduct a one -chair
beauty salon in the basement of
the home on the premises.
3. DeteeMinaiion whether to rec-
ommend .a change in zoning clas-
sification; ,as requested by Glade
P. Kynasion of Kennewick, Wash-
ington; froiq, Agricultural Transi-
tional.,,�A-71, to a commercial
zone, with respect to the follow.
