County of Bannock ORDINANCE N0. -209-- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSAERY AND SUFFICIENT TO DE- FRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE IST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1979, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980, AND DESIGNATING THE DIF- FERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL Be DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE 'ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDI- NANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1980' PURSUANT TO THE PROVI- SIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE; PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICfPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the pro- per funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chub - buck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year be- ginning on the 1st day of October, 1979 and ending on the 30th day of September, 1980. Section 2: That the following sums Of money are hereby appro- priated from the General Fund for the payment of all General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 410 General Government S 204,801.00 422 Law Enforcement & Protection 205,800.00 423 Fire Control & Prevention 89,600.80 424 Building Inspection 12,000,00 430 Transportation -Highway Streets & Roads 148,996.53 432 Engineering 10,250.00 438 Parks 73,000.00 452 Health & Welfare 1,715.00 490 Other Governmental Purposes 518,153.47 TOTAL GENERAL FUNDS $ 1,264.316.00 Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Waterworks, Sanitation and sewer Fund for the payment of all Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 434 Waterworks -Salaries & Administration 267,762.24 433 sanitation -Salaries & Administration 113,955.63 435 Sewage -Salaries & Administration 448,135.11 TOTAL WATERWORKS, SANITATION, SEWER $ 829,852.98 Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Se- ries September 1, 1979, for the payment of all bonds and inter- est due on water stroage tank project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434 Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 24,112.50 Secion 5: That the fulling sums of money are hereby appropria- tedfrom the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest fund, Series 10-1- 72, for the payment Of all bonds and interest due on sewer sys- tem project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 435 Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest, Series 10.1-72 67,300.00 Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appro- priated from the Local Improvement District No. 1, Burnside, Bond Interest and Principal Fund for the payment of all bonds and interest due on the Burnside Local Improvement district project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year, Local Improvement Disrtrict No. 1, Bonds & Interest 15,355.00 Section 7: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requir- ing ordinance to be read on three separate days le no.os,,, A;e_ Jeri Larsen ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That_____ she ________________ was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
