AN ORDINANCE, OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, RE-
PEAL-ING AND IN SUBSTITU-
TION FOR CHUBBUCK CITY
ORDINANCE NO. 195, ANNEX
ING CERTAIN LANDS KNOWN
AS THE "NORTHSIDE PLAZA"
TO BE INCLUDED Wil -HIN
THE BOUNDARIES AND JURIS-
DICTIONAL LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF CHU69UCK, IDAHO:
SPECIFYING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION WHICH SHALL
BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS;
DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK
CITY CLERK TO COMPLY
WITH THE FILINGREQUIRE-
MENTS CONTAINED IN IDAHO
CODE SECTION 63-2215; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EF-
FECTIVE.BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IOA-
HO:
SECTION 1: Repeal and Substitu-
tion. Ordinance No. 195 of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed
and approved on March 13, 1979,
is hereby repealed and this ordi-
nance substituted therefor.
SECTION 2: Annexation. The fol-
lowing descr@bed lands, located
Within Bannock County and can-
tiguous to the existing boundaries
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
are hereby annexed and included
within the boundaries and juris-
dictional limits of the City of
Chubbuck,ldaho:
A parcel of land situated in the
East 1/2 of Section 34, Township 5
South, Range 34 East, Boise Me-
ridian, Bannock County, Idaho,
more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the South quarter
corner of said Section 34, said
South quarter corner being a 1/2
inch iron pin; thence North o de-
grees 01' 13" West, along the
meridional centerline of Section
34 39.93 feet, more or less, to the
Northerly line of Siphon Road,
the same being the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing
along the said meridional center-
line North 0 degrees 01' 13"
West, 1711.41 feet, more or less;
thence South 89 degrees 31' 57"
East, 1529.71 feet, more or less,
to the Westerly right-of-way line
of the Union Pacific Railroad;
thence South 1 degree 26' 18"
East, along said Westerly right-
of-way line, 1703.72 feet, more or
less, to the Northerly right-of-way
line of Siphon Road; thence
North 89 degree 31' 57" West,
along said Northerly right-of-way,
1568.36 feet, more or less, to the
True Point of Beginning.
SECTION 3; Zoning. The above-
described lands newly annexed to
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
shat$ be subject to the zoning
classification of tight industrial
(M-1).
SECTION 4: Filing. The Chuh-
buck City Clerk is hereby direct-
ed to comply with the filing re-
quirements contained in Idaho
Code section 63-2215.
SECTION 5: Effective Date. The
requirement that ordinances be

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: T at-_______-
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerlc of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:
