NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.M. on January 13,
1981, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council of the Ctiy
of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing item:
1. A proposal by Shelby Outdoor
Advertising, P.O. Box 4865, Poca-
tello, Idaho, for a conditional use
permit to erect an aft premise
sign at 4010 Yellowstone, Green
Triangle parking lot.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing iters,
and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard
in support or in opposition to the
proposal.
