County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS CITY OF CHUB BUCK, IDAHO Sealed bids for two police cars will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Chubbuck, Idako at the office of the City Clerk 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 5,00 pm, Wednesday Decem- ber 17, 1980, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete specification for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the Chief of Police, 136 Highway Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida- ho. All bids must be presented or otherwise deifvered under sealed cover, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent E5010 of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to city, certified check payable to city, or bidder's bond executed by qualified surety company payable to city, The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city.
