DEFINING THE TERMS USED
IN THIS ORDINANCE; DE-
CLARING SUCH CROSS -CON-

NANCES: PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY OF THE PROV-
ISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE;
AND SPECIFYING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
The foregoing is a summary of
the Chubbuck cress -connection
control ordinance enacted on No
vember 25, 1980. The full text of
the ordinance is available at the
Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yel-
lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho. The
ordinance is intended to enhance
the public health and safety by
preventing backflow of wateror
other substances into the city's
municipal water system. The civ-
il remedies for its enforecement
include injunctive proceedings,
and the criminal remedies in-
clude misdemeanor penalties as
established by the Idaho Code.
The ordinance is effective upon
tate publication of this notice.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
