County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., December 9, 1980, at the Chub - buck City Offices, 5160 Yellow- stone, Chubbuck, Idaho, with re- spect to each of the following items: 1. Consolidated application by Mark L. and Mary B. Bunce for a variance, or in the alternative for a change of land use district to "General Residential" (R-2) and issuance of a conditional use per- mit, and for change of the City's comprehensive plan if necessary, in order to allow construction of a multifamily dwe0ing on a parcel of land approximately 117 feet by 168 feet in size, fronting on Rams- gate Street, and located immedi- ately behind 755 and 765 East Chubbuck Road in Chubbuck, Ida- ho. The existing land use district for the parcel in question is"Agri- cultural-Transitional". Land Use and Land Development Commis- sion have recommended denial of application. 2. Application by George Shioza- wa, Da E. Kunz, and Satterfield Realty, for change in the City's comprehensive plan and change of land use district to "General Residential" (R-2) with respect to --Th property is presently zoned "Industrial" in part and "General Residential" (R-2) in part. Land Use and Land Devel° opment Commission have recom, mended approval of application. 3. Proposal to be considered by the Land Use Development Com- mission, upon its own motion, for change in the City's comprehen- sive plan and change of land use district 10 "General Residential" (R-21 with respect to a parcel of land immediately south of the parcel mentioned in Item No. 2 above, extending from the south- erly border of said parcel to East Chubbuck Road, and bounded on the east by Whitaker Road and on the west by the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way. This par- cel is presently zoned "Industri. al" in part and "General Resi- dential" (R-2) in part. A more particular description and map Of this parcel may be obtained from the office of the Chubbuck City Engineer. This item wLli be con, sidered in conjunction with Item No. 2 above. Land Use and Land Development Commission have recommended denial of proposal. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing and will be given the opportunity to speak for or against each application or proposal. DATED this 17 day of November, 1980.
