NOTiCE IS HtREBY GIVEN

1989, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5169 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use & Develop-
ment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing item:
1. A proposal by Shelby Outdoor
Advertising, P.O. Box 4865, Poca-
tello, Idaho, for a conditional use
permit to erect an oft premise
sign at 4010 Yellowstone, Green
Triangle parking lot.
