HEARINGS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a hearing to review a request
for relief from provisions of the
Land Development Ordinance for
the Heritage West Subdivision,
being developed by the American
Heritage Builders, Inc„ will be
held by the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission on the 12th
day of November, 1980, at the
hour of 7;00 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
The relief being sought is from
the completion bond requirement.
The Land Use and Development
Commission will forward their
recommendation to the City
Council,
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on the 12th day of
November, 1980, at the hour of
8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, the City Councii will hold a
hearing to review a request for
relief from provisions of the Land
Development Ordinance for the
Heritage West Subdivision togeth-
er with the recommendations of
the Land Use and Development
Commission,
Interested citizens may appear at
both hearings with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to the proposed plat.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
