County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing to review a request for relief from provisions of the Land Development Ordinance for the Heritage West Subdivision, being developed by the American Heritage Builders, Inc„ will be held by the Land Use and Devel- opment Commission on the 12th day of November, 1980, at the hour of 7;00 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellow- stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The relief being sought is from the completion bond requirement. The Land Use and Development Commission will forward their recommendation to the City Council, FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of November, 1980, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, the City Councii will hold a hearing to review a request for relief from provisions of the Land Development Ordinance for the Heritage West Subdivision togeth- er with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Commission, Interested citizens may appear at both hearings with regard to the foregoing items, and at the times indicated will be given an oppor- tunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed plat.
