NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
That a hearing to review a prelim-
inary plat for the Espie Addition,
a subdivision located in the Chub -
buck impact area lying north of
the Dell Acres Subdivision and
west of Hawthorne Road, in Ban.
nock County, Idaho, proposed to
be developed by Roy J. Lacey,
wit? be held by the Land Use
Commission on the 6th day of
November, 1980, at the hour of
8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Land
Use and Development Commis-
sion w d forward the preliminary
plat to the City Council with its
recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE 15 HEREBY
GIVEN that on the 12th day of
November, 3980, at the hour of
8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, the City Council will hold a
hearing to review the preliminary
plat of the Espie Addition togeth-
er with the recommendations of
the Land Use and Development
Commission.
These hearings limited to prelimi
nary plat only and city has pre-
viously held hearings with regard
to annexation and zoning.
interested citizens may appear at
both hearings with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times
indicated will be given an oppor
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to the proposed plat.

That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
