NOTICE OF PUSLi HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOP-
MENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that the Land Use and Develop
ment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a
public hearing at 8:00 p.m., No-
vember 6, •1980, at the Chubbuck
City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
each of the following items:
1.Consolidated application by
Mark L. and Mary B,Bunce for a
variance, or in the alternative for
a chance of land use district to
"General Residential" (R-2) and
issuance of a conditional use per-
mit, and for change of the City's
comprehensive plan if necessary,
in order to allow construction of a
multi -family dwelling on a parcel
of land approximately 117 feet by
168 feet in size, fronting on Rams
gate Street, and located immedi-
ately behind 755 and 765 East
Chubbuck Road in Chubbuck, Ida-
ho. The existing land use district
for the parcel in question i5 "Ag
ricu6tural-Transitional".
2. Application by George Shioza-
wa, Dan E. Kunz, and Satterfield
Realty, for' change in the City's
comprehensive plan and change
of land use district to "General
Residential" (R-2) with respect to
a parcel of land containing ap
proximately 21.26 acres, located
west of Whitaker Road behind EI
Cielito Chapel and east of the
Union Pacific Railroad right-of-
way. The property is more partic-
ularly described in the applica-
tion, which may be examined at
the office of the Chubbuck City
Clerk. 'The property is presently
zoned "Industrial" in part and
"General Residential" (12.2) in
pari.
3. Proposal to be considered by
the Land Use Development Com
mission, upon its own motion, for
change in the city's comprehen
sive plan and change of land use
district to "General Residential"
(R-2) with respect to a parcel of
and immediately south of the
parcel mentioned in Item No. 2
above, extending from the south
erly border of said parcel to East
Chubbuck Road, and bounded on
the east by Whitaker Road and on
the west by the Union Pacific
Railroad right -of way. This par-
cel is presently zoned "Industri-
al" in part and "General Resi.
dential" (R-2) in part. A more
particular description and map of
this parcel may be obtained from
the office of the Chubbuck City
Engineer. This item will be con-
sidered in conlunclion with Item
No. 2 above.
Members of the puhliC are invited
to attend the hearing and will be
given the opportunity to speak for
or against each application or
proposak,
