County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 220 CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK AMENDING SECTION 1-C OF ORDINANCE NO. 179 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, TO RE- DEFINE "SUBJECT VEHICLE" FOR THE PURPOSES OF SAID ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBt1CK, IDAHO: SECTION 1: Amendment. Section 1-C of Ordinance No. 179 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, enacted on the 14th day of June, 1977, is hereby amended as follows: "c. "Subject vehicle" is any vehi- cle, as defined above, which is structurally damaged, dismantled partially dismantled, junked, abandoned or discarded." SECTION 2: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
