NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE€S HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. an October 28,
T980, at the City Municipal Build
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing items:
1. A proposal by Sign System,
Inc., P.Q. Bax 2215, Pocatello
Idaho, for a conditional use per-
mit to erect three wall on -prem-
ise illuminated signs for the Sea
Galley Restaurant in the Pine
Ridge Mail.
2. A proposal by the City of
Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone, for a
Land Use District change on
property located on Lot 14, Hiway
Acres Subdivision, 144 Hiway Av-
enue to Genera$ Commercial, (C-
2). Property is presently zoned
General Residential (R-2).
3. A proposal by Jerry Tydeman,-
156 Hiway Avenue, for a Land
Use District change on property
located on Lot €5, Highway Acres
Subdivision, 156 Hiway to General
Commercial {C-2). Property is
presently zoned General Residen-
tial (R-2).
Intersted citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
