HomeMy WebLinkAbout09 29 1980 Public HearingRECEIVED OCT - 1 1.090 PROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLfC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of October, 1980, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,. in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing to act upon the following: 1. A proposal by Larry C, Hunter, for a conditional use permit to erect two 3' x 6' signs at his business at 4805 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is presently zoned General Com- mercial {C-2). 2. A proposal by Alvah L. Ma- thews for a conditional use per- mit ermit to place a mobil home on his property at 5261 Lucky. Property is presently zoned General Resi- dential (R-2). 3. Determination whether the fol- lowing $and should be annexed to the city and what zoning classifi- cation should be applied to the land in the event of annexation: Located in the South 1/2 of the Northeast Quarter of the North- east Quarter of Section 4, Town- ship 6 South, Range 34 East B.M., Bannock County, Idaho. Said par- cel contains 16.3 acres more or less. The foregoing property is to be developed by Roy J. Lacey, Rte #T, Corey Lane, Pocatello, Idaho. The City Land Use & Develop- ment Commission has recom- mended zoning the property Lim- ited Residential (R-1) and Gener al Residential (R-2). Further notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold ahearing to review the prelimi- nary plat of the Espie Addition, together with the recommenda- tions of the Land Use & Develop- ment Commission. 4. A proposal by Scott Bird for a change of Land Use District for property at 4404 Burley Drive, to be zoned Industrial; also a condi- tional use permit to open a board- ing and breeding dog kennel. Property is presently zoned Gen- eral Residential (R•2). Further notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing to act upon an appeal from a ruling of the Land Use & Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck on the follow- ing: 5. A proposal by Mark L. and Mary B. Bunce, for a change of Land Use District on property 117' x 168; adjoining Ramsgate and adjacent to 755 and 765 East Chubbuck Road, to be zoned Gen. eral Residential (R-2); also a conditional use permit for a mul- tiple family dwelling on said property. Property is presently zoned Agricultural Transitional (A -T). INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR with regard to the fore- going items and at the time indicated will be given an oppor- tunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to proposal.
