NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on October 2,
1980, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Develop-
ment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing item:
1. A proposal by Jerry Tydeman,
156 Hiway Avenue, for a land
Use District change an property
located on Lot 15, Highway Acres
Subdivision, 156 Hiway to General
Commercial (C-2), Property is
presently zoned General Residen-
tial (R-21.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heara in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
