County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO Sealed bids for a Shop Building will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 7, 1980, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete specification for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be presented or otherwise delivered under sealed cover, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five per cent S5%> of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to city, certified check payable to city, or bidder's bond executed by qualified surety company payable to city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. CITY OF CHUBBUCK S/John 0.
