NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OFCHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that at B:00 p.m. on October 2,
1480, at the city Municipai Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Develop-
ment commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing items:
1. A proposal by Sign System,
inc., P.O. Box 2215, Pocatello,
Idaho, for a condilionat use per.
mit to erect three wall on -prem-
ise iliuminated signs for the Sea
Galley Restaurant in the Pine
Ridge Mall,
2. A proposal by the City of
Chubbucl<, 5160 Yellowstone, for a
Land Use District change ort
property located on Lot 14, Hiway
Acres Subdivision, 1A.1 Hiway ,'v-
enue to General Comrmerc� i (c-
2). Proporl ?s presently zoned
General Residential (R-2.).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
