CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on September 4,
1980, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the. Land Use & Develop-
ment Commission :of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing:
I'Determination whether to rec.
ommend annexation and a zoning
classification, as requested by
Roy J. Lacey, Rte. #1 Corey
Lane, Pocatello, Idaho, with re-
spect to the following parcel of
land located in the South 1/2 of the
Northeast Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of Section 4, Town-
ship 6 South, Range 34 East B.M.,
Bannock County, Idaho. Said par•
cel contains 16.3 acres more or
less. Mr. Lacey is requesting land
be zoned Limited Residential {R-
1) and General Residential (R-2)
per the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Chubbuck; and was
incorrectly published on August
20, 1980 for General Residential
(R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY
APPEAR with regard to the fore-
going item and at the time indi-
cated will be given an opportunity
to be heard in support of or in
opposition to proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
