NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUB BUCK, IDAHO
NOTIC IS HEREBY GIVEN that
at 8;00 p.m. on September 4, 1980
at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho the Land Use & Development
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck will conduct a public hear-
ing with regard to the following:
1, A proposal by Larry C. Hunter,
for a conditional use permit, to
erect two 3' x 6' signs at his
business at 4805 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is
presently zoned General Com-
mercial (C-2).
2. A proposal by Mark L. and
Mary B. Bunce, for a change of
Land Use District on property
117' x 168' adjoining Ramsgate
and adjacent to 755 and 765 East
Chubbuck Road, to be zoned Gen-
eral Residential (R-2); also a
conditional use permit for a mul-
tiple famNy dwelling on said
property. Property is presently
zoned Agricultural -Transitional
(A -t)
3. A proposal by Alvah L. Ma-
thews for a variance from zoning
regulations to place a mobil home
on his property at 5261 Lucky.
Property is presently zoned Gen
eral Residential ( R-2).
4. Determination whether to rec•
ommend annexatlon and a zoning
classification, as requested by
Roy J. Lacey, Rte 1 Corey Lane,
Pocatello, Idaho, with respect to
the following parcel of land locat-
ed In the south l -z of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 4, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East B,M„ Bannock
County, Idaho. Said parte# con-
tains 16.3 acres more or less. Mr.
Lacey is requesting land be zoned
General Residential (R-2),
5. A propose! by Scott Bird for a
change of Land Use District for
Property at 4404 Burley Drive, to
be zoned Industrial; also a condi-
tional' use permit to open a board -
Ing and breeding dog kennel.
Property is presently zoned Gen-
eral Residential (R,2),

going items and at the time
indicated will be given an oppot
tunity to be heard in support of o

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
