CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HE=REBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on September 9,
1980, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5150 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing:
I. A proposal by Revered Wit-
liam P. Carroll, for a conditional
use permit to construct St. Paul
Catholic Church at 820 W. Chub -
buck Road, Chubbuck, Idaho.
Property is presently zoned Gen-
eral Residential (R-2).
2. A proposal by John E. Murray
and Charlie Frasure for a condi-
tional use permit to construct a
roller skating rink in the 100
block of the proposed West Ward
Drive. Property is presently
toned General Commercial (C-2).
Interested citizens may appear

items and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in opposi-
tion to proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
