NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:06 p.m. on August 12,
1980, at the City Municipal Build -
ng, 5150 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing;
I.
A proposal by Bob Moore/Signs
Inc., P.O. Box 7543, Boise, Idaho
for a conditional use permit to
erect wall signs and pylon sign at
the location of Smith's Food King
and Drug Center, located at 4845
Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho.
Property is presently zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C,2).
2. A proposal by Young Electric
Sign Company, P,O, Box 25278,
Salt Lake City, Utah for a condi.
tional use permit for Institutional
Signage for the First Security
Bank of Idaho, located in the Pine
Ridge Mall, Chubbuck, Idaho.
Property is presently zoned Gen-
eral Commercial {C-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to be
heerd in support of or in opposi-
tion to the proposals.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
