OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
78 OF THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO, BY ADDING
THERETO SECTION 3-119(D)
REQUIRING INSTALLATION
Or A PRESSURE REGULATOR
AND STRAINER WHERE LO
CAL WATER PRESSURE 15 IN
EXCESS OF EIGHTY POUNDS
PER SQUARE INCH; PROVID-
ING THAT SUCH REGULATOR
AND STRAINER BE ACCESSI-
BLY LOCATED: AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Amendment. Ordi
nance No. 78 of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, enacted on the
11th day of June, 1968, relating to
the municipal water system, is
hereby amended by adding there-
to section 31-19(D), to be inserted
immediately following existing
section 3119{C) of said ordi-
nance as follows;
SECTION 31 19(D). Pressure
Regulator. Where local water
pressure is in excess of eighty
(801 pounds per square inch, a
pressure regulator preceded by
an adequate strainer shah be
installed and the pressure re-
duced to eighty (80) pounds per
Square inch or fess. Each such
regulator and strainer shall be
accessibly located and shall have
the strainer readily accessible for
cleaning without removing the
regulator or strainer body or
disconnecting the supply piping.

Engineer.
SECTION 2: effective Date. This
Ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage, approval and
Publication as provided by law.

published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
